Plovdiv 2019 International Philately Exhibition

Muzaffer Arda on behalf of TFDF and Fırat Akan on behalf of TFA acted as commissioners at the “PLOVDIV 2019 International Philately Exhibition” held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria between October 17-20, 2019 with the support of FEPA.

Although three quotas were allocated for each country federation for the exhibition, all four collections we applied on behalf of TFDF were accepted. Within the scope of the exhibition, the Academy Exhibition was also held with Turkey as one of the guest countries. A record participation was achieved with a total of 38 collections. For the first time, ephemera-based collections were included in a FEPA-supported exhibition, and our collections and their diversity were met with great interest during the exhibition. It has been a very important contribution to the promotion of our academy abroad.
